This patient is a 35 year old female who was unhappy with her small breast size and large, droopy nipples. She underwent 24 hour recovery breast augmentation with silicone implants placed in the dual plane position and bilateral nipple reduction. Notice the improved shape and nipple size after 6 weeks.
