This patient is a 67 year old patient who had lost 50 lbs via diet and exercise over the past year. She desired additional breast volume as well as improvement of her abdominal contour. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants placed in the dual plane, sub muscular position along with  tummy tuck. Notice her overall improved breast and abdominal shape after only 4 months!
