This patient is a 45 year old female who had undergone breast augmentation with saline implants approximately 15years ago. She presented with a deflation of her left breast implant and desired replacement of her old implants with new, larger silicone breast implants. Notice the improved breast shape with round, moderate plus silicone implants.
