This patient is a 33 year old female who presented to us because she was unhappy with the look and feel of her breasts after undergoing breast augmentation by another surgeon approximately 4 years prior. She requested removal of the implants and underwent additional breast contouring with a mastopexy to achieve a more natural breast shape.
